Imported files are speeding up???

Post by ibadukefan » Thu Aug 31, 2006 2:01 pm

I have a drum beat that is an mp3 file. I converted it to aif and wav, and when I inserted either file into Live 5 Lite as an audio track, both of them sped up and played really fast. What am I doing wrong?

Also, what is the best file type to use when importing? My drummer is using drum software to create drum tracks and I am importing them into live and recording guitars and bass and stuff over it.

Any help????

I figured it out. It was the auto-warp feature. And I can use aif or wav, both uncompressed formats. Thanks for the help everybody :)
