Hi All

Hopefully a simple wee question. I am running Ableton 8 on OS 10.6.8. I was looking to add a TB-3 to my Novation circuit. My Novation works great Midi syncing to ableton and starts and stop when I ever start and stop ableton. Anyone know if the TB-3 does such a thing?

Turns out the crackling appears when I turn the delay dial and the sync is on. Sync Off and its fine.

Ive got the set up on ableton the way im wanting it to work. Im finding when I change the delay dial then auio is going through the plugin there is crackling. Anyone else find this?

Ive got ableton live 5 rewired with Reason and they can play together. Is it possible to record the output of Reason into Live 5 as a wav file and then just use Live 5 to play it like a normal loop. If so, how?

Nope it doesnt come with the controller. The reason why i would get the boxed update is because it includes the Essential Instrument Collection

If you want the boxed version of Live 6 then wait, download the demo for now just to get used to it, there is no point paying out an extra 99 euros just for a couple of weeks.

Ive worked out that it would be cheaper getting the Live 5 deal then a 99 Euro uboxed pgrade than paying for the Boxed ...

Nope, its the full version. Think i'll go for it.

Another day another question for me. Im aware that Live 6 is out in a months time. Should i wait to buy that or get Live 5 with free midi controller for £235

My idea was to then get an upgrade from ableton under this condition

Ive a copy of Live 4 and ive mucked around with a copy of Live 5 demo. Im still not sure if its worth the money getting an upgrade.

Are the people who made the jump up glade you did? Is it that much better?

Ive seen that Live 6 will support video. Does that mean you will beable to synch video clips in time with your tunes, thus doing away with added VJ Software or is this just wishful thinking

I currently user Reason 2.5 and Ableton Live is in the post. I would love to be able to trigger video clips to play while playing my music. Anyone got any ideas if there is any software out there that can link with ableton live
