Whats the difference between Acquisition and Xtorrent? Are they basically the same thing?

Is anyone familiar with Acquisition 2.0. I have a G4 Powerbook and a Linksys wireless router and for what ever reason Acquisition will not connect to the internet. I've tried to follow the directions on how to open the ports and still can't get online. I've called Apple they have been unable to help ...

I have a Mac and I just upgraded to Ableton suite and the file for Ableton Suite is having trouble downloading. Only half the file is able to download... when i stop it and try to reload it still can not get past the half way point. The Ableton 7 file and all the Drum files downloaded successfully ...

I have a Mac G4 powerbook and it is operating very slow. Especially when surfing the internet. Is it possible I have to much stuff. I have Reason, Ableton 5,6 and now 7 all on it along with a ton of music. I know there is a way to clear room but I forgot.

Not sure what I did but today when i opened my Live 6 my instruments and effects devices are gone... I have Impulse, Operator and Simpler along with the effects clips but when i click on them nothing comes up. If I search for Operator or any device in my browser it comes up. Something is messed up ...

can you please explain to me how to do that? Also what should i do once i'm in my system preferances?

I really don't know much about computers to be honest, so here what i have... So what you guys are saying is add some Ram and get and external hard drive... How do i go about getting this stuff... Someone said don't go to Apple... How much does the exteral drive cost?

I can't believe this computer is obsolete... I bought this computer a year ago at the Apple store in Soho... I was gonna buy the new mac pro but it wasn't out yet and i didn't want to wait... I paid almost 3k before it was all said and done and now it's obsolete

How do I go about getting more ram? Go to the apple store? online? how much $?

I have a mac g4 powerbook, when i have a lot of clips playing at the same it Ableton seems to get clogged while playing. I'm not sure if I'm explaining correctly... Is there a problem with memory? Any suggestions?

When and where are these Ableton workshops?

I know this is probably a dumb question but how do I download all of them.. I can play them but not sure how to save them
