The default crossfade in arrangement view is not equal power.
I don't understand why anyone would want a dip in perceived volume in each cross fade by default.
Manually going in and dragging up the central node to make the crossfade smooth takes a huge amount of time and workflow interruption.

Equal power crossfades in arrangement
Is it possible to use equal power crossfades by default in the arrangement view? The default one has an annoying volume dip.
Manually pulling up the central node to make it not dip is a huge waste of time and break in workflow.
