Equal power crossfades in arrangement

Is it possible to use equal power crossfades by default in the arrangement view? The default one has an annoying volume dip.

Manually pulling up the central node to make it not dip is a huge waste of time and break in workflow.

Does anyone know of a workaround or a faster way to reach equal power than manually going in and dragging up the central node for every single fade?

Its quite shocking to me that a DAW defaults to a fade which basically doesn't create a smooth transition between fades.
