Agreed.
I also think that it should be possible to have a reduced preview waveform right where the preview data is and it should let you click to jump to the desired point in the audio file. Sometimes it takes you one minute until you recognize the file you are previewing!!!.

Multi-clip view
I would like to be able to see more than one clip editors at the same time. It would be very useful for DJing purposes, but I don't see how that could be implemented without detachable windows.

I am also teaching music production (Mr. Carvalho, see you in Mallorca soon) ;) and most of my students are DJs. The older they are and the more years they have been spinning, the more they ditch Live for DJing. They have become conservative and their minds are closed to new ideas. Specially they ...

Re: Live 6.0.6 Beta ... and a Live 6.0.5 Release!
Bug-Fixes:
Fixed display problems with very wide windows on Mac. On a system with
two 30" monitors it wasn't possible to resize the window to the entire
width of both screens.
I can't believe it. It is only a few days ago when I reported this bug and it is already solved?
Thanks to the team ...

6.0.3 does not span across 3 monitors
When the horizontal resoluton goes beyond 3600 pixels (more or less) the screen gets corrupted and shows a garbled image. It is the only app showing this behaviour on a mac pro 2,66 2GB with 2 Geforce videocards and 3 Dell 20,1" screens.

Re: Question about copy protection
there doesn't seem to be 100% agreement on this one. AFAIK:
- you can unlock more than just twice. for how often exactly only the abes know.
- when reinstalling your os you _should_ be fine. especially when you backup your unlock file.
That's great news. I read another thread about someone ...

Question about copy protection
I am considering buying Live 6 but before I depart with the cash I would like to know how does copy protection work exactly.
I have two computers (Mac and Windows ones) and, as I understand, buying Live allows me to install it in both computers.
