It turns out my problem was only occurring on Firefox. Authorization worked fine using Chrome.

I am getting this same error as well, after purchasing the upgrade to Suite. I try to authorize and it says Live is not installed on my computer.

I am having this issue as well, and I can't figure out what's causing it. I will open a session, be working for, say 15-20 minutes, and then suddenly my key commands (Rename, Duplicate, Loop, Changing grid quantization, even Undo) stop working. I have Live 8.1.4 authorized on my Macbook Pro. I downloaded 8.2.2 and copied it to my applications folder (keeping 8.1.4 there as well). Now, when I launch 8.2.2, it says it is not authorized and takes me to the website, where it says I must "request unlocks."

I don't recall having this happen ...
