I solved it by simply grouping more tracks together
- seems having 53 VU meters all running at once is asking too much, lol.

I was just wondering if "Notch 4" was using some sort of industry-standard settings is all - are those values what they use in proper recording studios or radio stations etc?

Sounds like it cleans up my sound quite well, but who designed it and what's the theory?
