There is no stereo mode in Superior. You will always have to use individual audio tracks for each output. So probably make a template for that.

Superior in cached mode will only load the requested samples to RAM. Requested samples means samples triggered by MIDI notes that are actually played ...

All good here. No problem running Live 6.05. Sounds like a sound card driver issue. Have you tried other drivers to see if the problem persists? You could try www.asio4all.com and see if you get rid of the bug.
