Re: Drumrack/notes and operator

yes Garyboozy, i understand totally what i'm supposed to do, but I don't know how did you assign the clip to each of the operator in my instrument rack. I see in your project that when i press a clip, it change the instrument in the chain selector, that the only thing i still don't know how to do.

Re: Drumrack/notes and operator

I still have a problem with this. I'm assigning the "envelopes" in each cell to the correct operator, but it does nothing. The operator I choose in the chain of my instrument rack is always the one playing! Any hints about this?

Keep in mind that I want to assign a different synth operator to each ...

Re: Drumrack/notes and operator

I think I explain myself incorrectly. I'm trying to have multiple operator in multiple cell of a drumrack(each cell of the drumrack contain 1 operator). But i want to be able to play different notes with each operator (like a synth, or a piano), is that possible? If not, what can i do differently to ...

Drumrack/notes and operator

Hi guys,

I'm trying to insert multiple operator(synth) in 1 drumrack. The problem is that i can only play 1 note for each operator.

Is it possible to have multiple operator on 1 track (not layered), or I have to render them and then put them in each cell of the drumrack?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Different notes in racks

ok, thanks JuanSolo. It's really usefull!

One last question, when we group tracks, is there a way to rename the tracks slots in the group channel? because right now, it doesn't allow me to do it, each slots are hatched.

By the way, nice nickname, lolll

Thanks!

Different notes in racks

Hi guys,

really simple question, I guess. When creating an instrument rack, is it possible to fill a rack space with an operator, AND still being able to play different notes within this rack space? My problem is that I want to create different synth into the same channel and still being able to ...

Re: Workflow

Wow, ok, thanks for your tips guys.

Most of you take the same path as I do to create songs. I still doner, when you guys go with a "live performance" do you keep your template the same as the one you create the song?

Thanks!

Workflow

Hey guys,

I want to know, when you guys create a song, do you start with the drum, the beat, the synth... or you go from intro to outro...

Also, how do you split your channels? (drums, bass, synths...)

What is your workflow and how do you build your things?

Thanks for your tips!

multiple controllers

Hey guys,

I have 2 midi controllers connected via USB (Oxygen 8 and Vestax Pad-One). I want to assign my Vestax to a drum rack, and assign my Oxygen 8 to an instrument rack. Is it possible?

Thanks!
