I recently dropped my mac while programming a song. It's about 10 years old and it's been running extremely slow ever since i dropped it, i can't even run ableton on it now so i need to buy a new laptop so mac or pc? I'm no computer buff so any help is appreciated. I just need it to run my music ...

I bought abelton live 8 and i now have 8.2.6 and I'm wondering if operator comes with this or do i have to buy it? I can't find it anywhere. I'm brand new to ableton so any tips and advice are glady welcome.
