Audio effects rack

Hi,

I've managed to get the routing working on my ada 8200 at last.

I want to be able to send audio to independent send and return channels for separate hardware delay, reverb and distortion.

When i route audio to a s/r channel with an audio effect rack in, even when the s/r is muted, i get ...

ada8200, babyface pro. Routing for hardware S/R fx via adat

I can't seem to get the routing worked out here!

I'm trying to configure my ADA8200 to accept audio via adat from my babyface pro (sent from ableton), send to various hardware fx, loop back into the 8200 and back into the babyface (back into ableton).

My main issue seems to be getting the audio ...

Don’t think Ableton does this directly. I think most resize the notes then duplicate.

Seems like such a basic function to miss out.

Takes forever to manually go through and do it!

Splitting/dividing midi notes

Hi all,

Is it possible to split/divide midi notes in piano roll :?:

for example,

if I want to build a simple/complex chord progression, double the midi track fold and split the second tracks midi notes into 16th blocks to work with.

This is really slowing me down at the moment!
