Hmm, cant believe nobody tried this yet
Guess I gonna have to test it myself

Using Windows Server 2008 transformed into a workstation + Ableton 7.

I read the OS was +/- 20% faster than Vista.

Did somebody tried this and what are your conclusions ?

I searched the forum about this without finding any information before
asking here

Hi,

I'm using Abl 7.03 and since a couple of days, during producing,
I got white horizontal lignes (artifacts) appearing here and there
all over the screen + the music is playing in loop but the screen
doesn't refresh anymore for several seconds. Sometimes I cant even
recover from this and it stays ...

select entire master track, ctrl+alt+c, ctrl-c on send track

and this on each automation

Lately when I select my micro korg on a midi track which has a arpegiated midi pattern, the arpegiator gets out of synch while playing.........if I unselect
it by clicking the round midi button on the right of each midi track, the arpegiator is back in synch ??!!!


How come ?


Specs:

- Ableton 6 ...

use a mastering limiter

waves L3 for example.......if you can afford it of course

ok, well I have to say the soft does a decent job unless you
first make your own reference files coz the ones included are crap :roll:

So convert a high quality mp3 (320kpbs) into a wav file, convert it into
a reference file and use this as your reference file :idea:

Hey,

I'm trying to connect my computer native sound spdif output to my Digidesign
Mbox 2 S/pdif input but somehow it doesn't work.

My Asus P5K motherboard has a spdif output by the way...

The S/pdif channel in the sound panel of my computer is greyed out
and I can't hear anything .

I think they only detuned the bells on off the original key and
gradualy come back to the normal key.

This track is realy good and pumping but I still prefer the original mix,
