Play with 2 seperate Push in one version of Ableton Live?

I’m not shure, if this situation is realistic: A friend wants to come by with his Push1 and has the idea to jam simultaneously with my Push2 on my ableton live version 9.6. Will live accept two simultaneous inputs of different Push versions? And is it possible for each of us to address different vst...

Re: New to PUSH 2 and having some problems with it

You were right!!!!! There was something mixed up in the preferences. Now everything is fine. Even the pad sensitivity stays assigned. :D

Re: New to PUSH 2 and having some problems with it

Thank you for helping.
Sometimes launching individual clips works for a few seconds, then it stops working. Pressing any pads and nothing is happening.
Record mode is not active. But it it still possible to trigger scenes. This is very strange. I try to get in contact with the support team.

New to PUSH 2 and having some problems with it

I have two main questions left after reading the PUSH manual. I hope you can help me :-) I’m wondering how to permanently save the pad sensitivity I’ve chosen in the PUSH2 setup menu. Opening a new project or some older ones, it is still the standard 5/5/5 pad sensitivity - but I would prefer a perm...

Bug in overdrive?

Try to arrow up/down in the dynamics panel. The value jumps from 100% to 0%. No steps inbetween. The dry/wet panel works in 10% steps.

MacOs 10.4.11, 2x2GHz, Motu 828

Sometimes its helpful to use the command key when dragging envelopes. It provides a finer (slower) resolution. But it's still far from being acceptable.

live5 -scrubbing and recording simultaneously?

I heard somewhere, that it's possible to scrub through the arrangement and record this new arrangement mix. I tried it several times, but when I press the record button and start moving the speaker icon, live5 stops. And I don't want to record the main out as a wav file.

From contest rules: "Song can only use double the CPU usage of the demo song in Live 4 on your machine."

… this means Live5 gives us better performance, at least it should
