Re: Can I position clips along a track's time line with M4L?
Hi Broc,
Thanks for the reply, I understand what you're saying. I assume I can record the clip triggering just as if I were doing it manually so I can "bake" out the results.
Do you know if I can vary the clip playback parameters at the same time?
Thanks again for your help,
Pete

Can I position clips along a track's time line with M4L?
Hi all,
I don't own M4L so please forgive me if this is obvious, I merely want to determine if this is possible as I'm considering a purchase.
I would like to select a clip in the arrangement view, then apply a M4L "object" that will duplicate the clip along the time line at various times ...

Re: Missing drop area in session view
Well well, finally got round to testing this. Turns out that pepezabala's method works but just adding a new track and dropping onto it doesn't.
When I drop over the return channels, all the tracks in my imported song get created and initialised correctly with the right plugins etc.
If I create a ...

Re: Missing drop area in session view
It's the full version, 7.0.14, so no track limit that I know of. I've just got so many tracks the drop area has gone! I usually drag the track I'm importing from the browser onto the drop area, which will create a number of tracks. I'll try your suggestion this evening and let you know.
Thanks,
Pete
Thanks,
Pete

Missing drop area in session view
Hi all,
I'm currently trying to put together a single live set with all my tracks in so that I don't have to load individual files during a performance. Trouble is, I've got so many tracks now that I don't have the "Drop Files And Devices Here" area in the session view, so I can't import any more ...

My music
Hi all,
Thought I'd be brave and share some tracks I've written using Ableton and various plugins. All pretty much techno influenced I guess, though I hate to pigeon hole myself (or anyone else for that matter!)
Any and all feedback most welcome!
Enjoy (hopefully :) )

Using envelopes to alter GForce Minimonsta parameters
Hi all,
i can't seem to get Live 7.0.3 to alter the value of my Minimonsta parameters using the clip or track envelopes. I can select the plugin instance from the drop downs on the arrange & session (clip) views and select the relevant parameter (e.g. vcf cutoff) but the plugin doesn't respond to ...
