You two should get a room!!!

Seriously, I'd love to see a score editor in Live, and believe Ableton would make a great job of it.

Even if some folks on the Forum don't appreciate what Notation could do for Live, I certainly expect Ableton to look into the possibilities.

I'm seriously considering going to Logic purely because of the notation feature, despite not knowing how well it performs. I LOVE Live, and have been with it for years, upgrading every time, with the full suite, but if Live is for musicians to compose, then Ableton would be missing a HUGE ...

To make your key bindings permanent, (or just about anything else for that matter) first set up Ableton the way you want to open it every time, then go to the 'File Folder' section of preferences and use the 'Save Current Set as Template' function.
