whats the difference between the two effects wise? both genres go nuts on the synth's except korean is more upbeat.vs japanese which is more of a higher tempo?

Go for global record, automation will be recorded in arrangement view.
i usually just use session view but i see everyone (or atleast a very strong majority) on youtube using the arrangement view in ableton

ya i've been watching a crap load of youtube videos but a lot of them produce a sound that im not looking for.

Dubstep isnt a type of music or a genre, its a production template.
I havent really looked into exactly how people make dubstep (as Im not that interested) but i suspect it involves:
