save a reason song with an empty track as a template...... And make this the opening file in reason.

I allways create an empty track in Reason, wich I activate while playing in Ableton.
And you can't use a "hardware" knob twice.

If the last created instrument in reason is active you'll here it as well.

First you have to assign the knobs to rsn.

I'm new around here so that's why the late reply.
I'd create an empty sampler then drag the wav into the sampler, do a little tweaking and when satisfied save the sampler patch.......
