this is a nice question! i'm going to buy a macbook pro so i'd like to know if anything works fine under xp pro (on macbook), for example firewire and external soundcard (ultralite)...

i think macbook is too little and i'll have to buy an external monitor too, it doesn't has a good grafic card, i know that is not important for music production but who knows in the future maybe... In italy a macbook pro basic configuration is 2000 euro, if you get it with 2gb ram 2200, too much ...
