ferdosnandos,
Yes, some one suggested a program, midiStroke which works great and I've been using for several months with no issues. As far as the multi track recording I put together 2 more tracks which will split notes at a certain point (C0) and send notes equal to C0 or above to one track and ...

Changing BPM
I am importing audio tracks into Live and adding midi tracks to the audio. But a few times now I have brought an audio track in (drag and drop) and when I play the audio a section of it has the BPM slowed/speeded up. Re: Mapping play from
Thanks for the suggestions!
Ableton does some REALLY annoying things though! I am try to layer midi and the Follow Mode toggles off every time I stop. This is annoying as hell. Is there any way to toggle it on and have it STAY on?
Thanks,
joeb

Mapping play from
How can I assign continue from current location to a midi mapping? I can find Play but not start from current location, continue, play from, etc. etc. I know the keystroke is shift-space.
Thanks,
joeb

Re: 4 Features that would rock my world...
Don't know if it's there but a way to move the midi insert marker to the current audio track position
or
a way to have the midi window scroll to the audio position when it's opened
or did I miss that in the 500+ pages of the manual?
