It's in the axiom manual - it's available on the website. You need to change the MSB and LSB values. Easily done on the hardware.

I tried setting the midi cc of the keys to 146 (note on/off), however, it seems the white keys cannot be programmed to midi cc data. I think i can change the LSB/MSB ...

This should be easy - just set the note on and note off to the same value. It'll be like a one switch toggle.

Key down - Turn effect on
Key Up - Turn effect off

EVEN BETTER - set upa wet/dry rack (check out Covops) in front of your effect, set the note on value to 127, and the note of value to 0 ...

I'm looking to launch my effects only when my keys are held in, instead of having to hit the key to turn the effect on, and hit it again to turn it off. Could anybody help with this? I'm using an Axiom 25. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Running Ableton 6.0.10 on OS X 10.5.2

Yes, leopard is compatible w/ Live 6, i have friends using it. I'm not too privy w/ the setup, does anybody know how i can remove Melodyne? Thanks!

Well, there are no drivers for the mac...so no, i haven't installed them, cause there are none. I'm using the Axiom 25, and i have used the ableton tutorial pakc. But like i said, the first step is to select it as a Control Surface, which i can't.

Also, the Axiom does show up as an Active Device in ...

Select Axiom Classic / Axiom in 1 / Axiom out 1 in MIDI preferences.
Click the "DUMP" button.
The screen of your Axiom should show "SYS" during the transfer.

This is what's bothering me...the axiom does NOT show up in the Remote control surfaces "Control Surface" section...so i cannot hit DUMP ...
