hi there,

my bcr 2000 used to be hooked up by a usb hub and worked like a charm. recently I tried using it without the hub and I've come across a problem.
the bcr still shows up on my control panel but I can't get a midi signal...

any thoughts?

I seem to have a problem with mine. I used to use it through a hub with some other stuff connected but now when I try to use it without my hub in between ableton doesn't receive any signal anymore... any thoughts on how to fix my problem?

installed leopard yesterday and now live won't recognize any midi coming in.
coreMIDIserver crashed or something... this is a small disaster for me as I've got to play out tonight. any thoughts?

I've bought a new laptop recently and it came with the new expresscard bus. I have a mbox (usb outboard) but would like to leave it at home when I play out. The problem is I can't seem to find a soundcard which uses the expresscard bus. Are there any out there that aren't realy outboard? or at ...

hmm not exactly what I was hoping for. I just need a dj solution actually.
An expresscard with a line in (and maybe a phone). that's about all I need.
As I have a mbox, I'd like to have a more compact solution, not the opposite, hehe.

seems it's a plugin causing the delay. If I put the plug on all tracks, then they beatmatch again. The metronome is still out of tune though. How can I compensate this?

I've got 3 audio tracks, the first one is in sync with the metronome but the second and third skip half a beat.

any thoughts?

ok, looping the whole clips seems to have solved my problem

Tracks that I've warped using the metronome still play in synch, but the metronome isn't in sync with the tracks. Very strange. any thoughts?


edit: actually the metronome strikes at the right bpm, it just starts at beat 1.2 instead of 1.1. How can I fix this?

I Use a Macbook pro 2,13 with 2gigs RAM bye the way.
