live 7+bcr2000 shows up in control panel, but no midi signal

hi there,

my bcr 2000 used to be hooked up by a usb hub and worked like a charm. recently I tried using it without the hub and I've come across a problem.
the bcr still shows up on my control panel but I can't get a midi signal...

any thoughts?

Hi Kemiko,

any supported controller will always be in the control surface list, even though it might not be connected. This sounds like a hardware problem, I would recommend to contact Behringer support.
