scrolling through that many params would be a little much.

In some programs you choose it by opening the plugin GUI and adjusting the param you want to control.

Maybe some enterprising bright young mind could write a little software plug which would hold AUs and VSTs and would accomplish this?

Perhaps there's something out there already...?

I mean something not quite as expensive/bloated/complicated as Kore.

Anyone know of another plug-in, host or device besides Kore that could be used in Live and could access more than 128 params of another plugin such as Guitar Rig?

Would using the full version of Kore to host Guitar Rig inside a Live channel create more latency?

I'm not crazy about the idea of running another layer of software to fix a base-level problem, but I am curious, can you use the freebie release of Kore that NI just announced in order to work around this problem? Maybe I should look into that as a holdover.

The RK1 uses audible sounds as control message by sending these sounds to GR via the 2nd channel form the rig control. (not sure if RK 2 and 3 are the same)

When using GR 2 w RK 1 you can record these controller sounds in Live on a separate audio channel. Then play them back along with the Guitar ...
