Connect the power cable only (no USB) and turn it on if you really want to party.

Go to the scales screen and hold down the shift button. That should give you options for changing the note layout. Change it from "4th" to one of the "Sequent" options. The Sequent options have no duplicated notes.

Go into Windows Explorer to where you downloaded all your packs. Select all the packs, then drag them into the Live program window.
