Can't figure out how to install multiple packs at once, is there a way to do this?

Quicker than what?
I installed the 9 Suite packs by drag & dropping them all at once onto Live from Finder, then going for a beer.

I would be drunk by now... Maybe it was wrong to start with just one pack.
From the Live menu (PC), I can only install one at a time, dragging one and then multiple didn't work, just the first got installed.
Maybe next time, or when I install 64bits..

Ah, there's your problem right there#1thelark wrote:(PC).

Go into Windows Explorer to where you downloaded all your packs. Select all the packs, then drag them into the Live program window. All the packs should then be installed in a row without any action required from you between packs (at least that's how it worked for me when installing all the Suite content).

Okay that should hopefully work next time. I also noticed I had my energy profile on energy saving and not max power... those little details add up in quite a few hours of waiting

Try to drag them over the Ableton Live window.
You have to be more creative to make music.

You can now install Ableton packs inside Live, in the Packs section of the browser. No need to download them from the website and drag them in.
At the bottom of the Packs section you see all available packs.
Shift select the first and last pack so you can download them all at once. You can keep using Live.
When you take a break from using Live, shift select the first and last pack and click on the install button of one of the Packs. This will install them all one after the other.
