Hi all,

I've recently starting using Live again for a uni module - "Live Electronica"

We all have edirol pcr-300 keyboard controllers...with which we have been asked to assign the controls to tracks and perform on the faders etc...

The question: If I have assigned my 8 faders to 8 tracks (1-8 ...

Is it possible to do so in ableton, if so how please ?

Ok so I am looking into investing in a mixer this christmas.

My current setup is fairly simple:

I have Some KRK monitors going into a USB! M-Audio Fasttrack, I have a line in and XLR input on the fasstrack. I also have an M-audio Axiom61 Keyboard going in Via USB.

I need more Mic inputs and ...

Got a problem! :(

I was working on a track, saved it and came back the next day. Now i wanted to add another midi track for an operator synth so i right clicked and selected add midi track as usual. However now if you look at the picture, it is no longer sending to audio/master for ...

Anyone tell me why my mixes are coming out really quiet... any way i can boost the volume without my master going crazily red . My mastering skills are aweful i guess......

After formatting and reinstalled everything (i use an M-audio fasttrack) whenever i create a new track it no longer lets me select which input to use or to monitor on/off. The parameters have dissapeared ? any option for this

So to clarify, If i rendered each track on its own to .wav form, then import them into logic or pro tools (dependant on what i buy) i can mix them a lot easier in there?

frequency cut off points etc can be set in ableton ??

Do you mix your tracks in ableton or use logic/pro tools kinda thing?
