Is it possible to do so in ableton, if so how please ?

apple/cmd + shift + r

renders a portion of selected audio using the loop tool to render the area you want

render aif or wav files

select normalize

also in the sample box of your samples there is a tiny traingle(next to transpose) that moves up and down the will change the gain.
