entire library of instruments GONE!!!
I CANNOT post in the correct help support because my posts NEVER gets posted!!! but I am using Ableton 9 on Windows XP and my ENTIRE library of sounds, instruments packs, EVERYTHING has DISAPPEARED!!! including the stuff that comes default when Ableton is installed!!!!!!! how do I get them back ...

Did you highlight the region you want rendered? You do this in Arrangement View.
You can put it into Arrangement View either by global record, and letting it play out, or dragging the clips into Arrangement View.
This is assuming that you have instruments on the midi channels.

ok using Live 8 on Windows 7, I load a midi, apply grooves to each track, preview, it previews with sound but when rendered to a wav file, it renders SILENCE!!!
