Drum Rack 'Layout' with 4x4 pitches of selected drum hit

Hi Guys, wouldn't it make sense to use the 4x4 finger drum rack mode to play 16 pitches of a selected sound by using the 'layout' function? ie. play notes of your percussion hits on the bottom right 4x4 pads? the velocity 'layout' is similar in behaviour... (this is also what is a great feature of t...

Re: Anyone Else Crashing Constantly Since Today's Update?

same here:
crashes when saving
long loading time
some projects won't open --> crash

Downgrading to 9.1.x helped to open certain sets but crashes persist

Re: APC_64-40 script [update to 9.1.3 beta // end of support]

Hanz & Fab, thanks for your work. I've been using APC64 since the beginning: it was one of the important reasons for getting an APC over maschine or other gear (in that time). I understand with the new hardware, Push, awesome max patches that are available...that updating APC64 is time consuming and...

Re: PUSH rumors

Oliver Alex, to answer your question; the quickest way to browse your samples is by pressing the select button when it's amber. It will jump automatically to the next preset or sample. It's not real-time like the browser is with the live instantaneous preview unfortunately. Ideal solution would be ...

Re: Beyond saving preset racks - internal VST preset navigation

Yeah Stevemac that's right. I haven't found a better way of getting the Vsts quickly available in Push so altogether I've spent about 30 dollars to have all of Komplete 9, Sylenth, Arturia Mini V and Modular V, and Omnisphere ready to browse, courtesy of Queglay, Mabelton and Jester Mgee. The vast ...

Re: Push (literally) gathering dust

spend, spend, spend... just throw a thick towel over it. after months mine still looks like new indeed, how can you get excited in buying a dust screen...What a waste of money. the issue is that Push gathers dust like no other tool i have in the studio ! and indeed it seem to stick to the buttons l...

Re: PUSH rumors

There's nothing quite like the feel of something new. I would much rather Ableton concentrate on getting the software for MKI right. -Live. Browser Sample/Instrument Preview. Hi, I was just going to ask about that? SO there is no way to preview the sound? This is contra all logic...As no healthy hu...

Re: [Live 9] Some Keyboard Shortcuts not working...

Hi, I have issues as well with Belgian keyboard (AZERTY) where number keys are on top of their alternative signes (in text writing they require shift) Grid controls such as narrow grid, widen grid, triple grid etc do not work properly...with CMD + 1, CMD +2, etc I think they overlooked some shortcut...

Re: New Ableton Live 9 Keyboard Shortcut Tool

Hi Guys, really useful...However I have a slight problem: several shortcuts require an extra "ctrl" button on my new Apple+Ableton 9 for example 'widen grid' should be "cmd"+"2" and I have to "cmd"+"ctrl"+"2" to do it which is very hard for me , as i'm used to using 2 fingers for all shortcuts also ...
