Gutted, after hours of hair tearing it turns out Push is fine and it's a dodgy USB hub I bought from Maplins today that caused all the trouble..

Yeah, tell us the secret, 4 months waiting for this and I pressed 'dump' and for some reason tech support is a bit busy..

Same problem here, waited 4 months for this and it can't find firmware and seems unable (via Live 9) to search the web and get some.
Support just emailed back 'We're a bit busy at the moment, we'll get in touch in the next few days!?!?! ..when I'll be at work and unable to do anything about it!
