Actually, I purchased EIC. I was reading the manual last night and found that it includes some of the instruments I want, but I can't find them. Somehow, I think, they never got installed.

I like all the oddball instruments that come with Live. However, I'm not really into them. I have no use for them. What I need is a piano, a guitar, a bass, and drums, Jazz and Combo style. There is an instrument for toms, but I can't find any instruments for snare, ride symbol, high hat, bass drum ...

I have the same problem. In part, I think it may have something to do with the location of the library. The lessons disappear. The lessons window says "no lessons found", and the instruments disappear from the browser. There are no instruments listed.

However, this seems to be a prevalent problem ...
