i have i5 processor,4 gb RAM,640 gb hardisk,windows 7

i plugged my guitar using a FOCUSRITE SCARLET 2i2 interface and click the recording button in ableton 9

1) i start playing my guitar but the signals on my screen(in the LIVE) come after a delay and than i can continue with the recording

ABLETON 9 is compitable with LePou VST plugins ?

Are all free VSTs that work in cubase compitable with abelton 9????plzz someone reply
