Hi.

Not used Ableton for long - but have got into what I reckon is a bad habit and would welcome any advice in changing this.
Basically this is what I do for each track

1) Program starts in session mode view
2) I start recording
3) I go into arrangement mode and copy the clip.
4) I go into ...

No, I just did the usual right click and insert new track...
Maybe Im activating the loop in the wrong way. Im clicking on the loop icon and selecting the number of measures. But is this for all of the tracks ?

Hi Guys.

Fairly new to Ableton Live (version 8 on mac). Am using it with an mpc 2000xl providing drums.
I'd appreciate some help on something I've tried to get right but haven't done so yet. I've gone through the manual but maybe I missed something. I searched on this site, but looking for posts ...

well I've shopped around for it..and found that Amazon were offering Live 6 so I've purchased a copy.
But I got Live 5 as a present and I had loads of problems of it - which (from reading the posts here) seem to be down to the fact that its not a 'Universal Binary'.
I've shelled out the money for ...
