The problem is that it's not a pitch bend automation. I looked believe me. The pitch in general is changing.

Add a Compressor to your Master Channel, then click the little arrow at the top of the compressor. click Sidechain and then set the audio output from drums of bass or whatever you want. Then adjust the gain and threshold until you find the sound you want perfectly.
