So once you do what you said, you'll have the kicks playing at exactly the same time? How do you get them to "double-up" or really mesh together? Is that just an EQ thing? THANKS!!

Or could someone just explain how they layer kicks and 808's? Thanks

Thanks man! That's basically what I'm looking for. One last question, is there any way to adjust the curve so it's a smoother and more consistent curve? Rather than what you showed in your screenshot? If the automation graph looked like a semi-circle, rather than being mostly flat then dipping out ...

Also, I just wanted to clarify I'm talking about the 808 type diving bass sound and not any synth/synth leads. They are almost always sine wave.
