UPDATE
Got an answer from Ableton support team, and basically it's impossible for Macro to transmit decimal values, hence I'd need a max4live device below to enable the pitch parameter to receive decimal values.

You can change the range that the macro will control that will give you different points you can set to,...

Thanks for you input. At first I thought so, but not with Grain Delay for some reason. Assigning the Pitch parameter to macro, and set the Macro control range to between -1 and 1 ...

Hi,
I'm using Live 9.6 and now trying to control the Pitch parameter of Grain Delay with Effect Rack Macro control.
Right-click the Pitch column and assign to, say, Macro 1... Yes it's correctly assigned and Pitch parameter reacts to the knob position of the Effect Rack.

Filter "Classic" Mode
The upgrade to 9.5 was great, including the Cytomic powered new filters on Auto-Filter and all Instruments.
One thing I feel it's missing is the "Classic" filter shape which had been implemented up until 9.2.
Those Cytomic filters are excellent, but there are certain sounds that the "old" filter ...

Fully agreed.
Pots are fine but certain parameters like assigning Keyzone in Sampler and Instrument Rack is such a hassle. They are excellent tools, I just wish each lines were larger so I could utilise them to their full potential without hesitation.

It will save me from having have to create multiple MIDI channels, route & group them. Saves spaces on a screen, too! Efficient design!
