This may sound really random but I have experienced a lot of random audio playback problems mainly with pitch being ridiculously slow, and it turned out to be the fault of the Last.FM application (www.last.fm).

All I have to do is load up Live and look at the level for any MIDI track to see that with each key press hitting the key progressively harder increases the incoming "volume" of the MIDI signal.

Then again the Keystation Pro 88 is a fucking good MIDI controller.
