I just downloaded the Pitch and Time Machines Pack and I'm trying to use some of the audio effects (Pitch Tracker, harmonizers) for my saxophone effects rig, but the latency is proving to be just bad enough to be unusable. Thanks for the info! Turns out the Pluggo -> tapped delay patch has an internal tempo option so I think I'll do basically what you said without having to mess with the master tempo.
