The weirdest thing is when P3 Standalone just crashes when sitting there idle. It happens on a lot of my projects. I load it up, then sometimes after 2 minutes, sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after 10 minutes it just crashes. There is absolutely no interaction at all. I haven't touched it once ...

I am having the same problem. 9th generation 8-core i9 sitting 75% idle while my Ableton CPU load meter is going through the roof and playback is giving me crackles. This can't be how it's supposed to be.

I did a reinstall and reauthorise of Ableton, I deleted the Ableton Intro installation that i still had. Now it seems to work. At least most of the time. But it still occasionally happens that the green bar pops up and tells me my trial was over. I just try to save as often as i can.

i restarted max and started it again from the edit button in ableton just like the manual tells me to and like i always do anyway. still the same. saving is disabled. in addittion all the work on my clipboard is definitely lost now. f*** this s***.
