1) Is there a way to keep the amplitude the same in a track regardless what effect we add? In other words, Is there such a plugin that analyses the desired output signal and maintains this desired output signal regardless of any changes we might do to ...

Is there any way to modify the selection after select all?
i.e. I want to select all the bars except 1 and 2. I press ctl + a. Then, how do I modify this selection so I can unselect bars 1 and 2?
