Hi there,
just got a Launchpad a few days ago.
Everything fine except one thing:

When I go to Mixer view on the Launchpad, and want to go back to the session view / mode, I can't.
I tried switching to the user modes and then back to session mode, doesn't work.
Does anyone has similar or even same ...

it´s not quite the same thing, but you might not know this feature:
you can Midi-Map a key-range to a clip (it works with Midi and Audio Clips).

The clip will be automatically transposed within the range - so you could use a Midi clip similar to a simple "user arpeggiator".

Is Live designed to be easy for cutting samples from audio tracks or am I wasting my time? :?

You can also mark the section you want to become the new sample and then press "ctrl j" to consolidate the sample.

I do this quite often, it's very interesting to cut some pieces of different samples ...

Does anyone know, if there's a good arpeggiator, that I can use like a "midi effect"?
Mean I'm not looking for a vst "instrument", but just for some kind of a vst "arpeggiator" ..?

Don't get me wrong, I like the built in Live arpeggiator, but I dream of one, where I have more possibilities ...
