Yeah but if that was the case , they would not be so close on selling Live 4 in July..Ableton does not do stuff like Native Instruments.

Like announce the version upgrade on June 3rd for an August release, then actually release it on February 15th of the following year?

~80+ are currently hitting refresh 5-10x's per minute and a harmless question appears in the forum.

I do not know the answer, so my apologies, but you probably have a pretty good shot at getting an answer.

Live is great software, but this forum really is immature. None of the other major DAW software forums (PT, Sonar, etc) have such childish rantings all the time, so many politically oriented threads, country bashing, etc. etc.

It would be great if this forum were moderated so that it stayed ...

i believe they maybe found more problems in dealing whit vsti that they were expecting, we all know how other aplications sometimes go completelly nuts whit a simple vsti,.. and Live is just getting in touch whit them..

have you looked at the announcement about Live 4 in full--the midi recording, midi effects, totally new routing scheme, simpler--its a hell of a lot more than vstis. Do you perform live--probably not. Otherwise, there's no way you wouldn't be as pschyed as us--you yourself admit Bidule is not that ...

A kid on Christmas Eve...is how this 30-something feels. I haven't been this excited about software in....well ever. I think it really says something about the imagination and skill of Ableton. The Internet buzz on 4.0 is real and they are going to hit a home run in the music world if they deliver ...
