I hope you are checking task-manager (or the Mac equivalent) when talking about CPU usage. Well, you are by far more experienced in Live as I am anyway.

Had similar since upgrading to 6.0.10, namely getting stutters (Small audio segment repeats then suddenly track jumps forwards) and seemingly random Live CPU meter values of 145%, 530%, 850% - Task Manager CPU monitor shows no such peaks.

I somehow lost my audio effects after installing 6.0.9.
Reinstallation did not seem to have any effect.
However, re-running the Basics pack restored all of the presets a treat.
