hi,
i am running live 7 and i have an pac 40.
the pre set mappings are okay, however i would like to map the BPM (upper right, next to tap) to one of the knobs on the APC 40 (i am thinking the cue level would be good?)

hi, i just reinstalled live 7 and now when i load my previous live sets "some of the samples used by this set could not be opened"? ive opened a bunch of live sets and they all have missing samples? i can play these tracks on windows media player just fine? another message reads sample "could not be ...

Just wondering how you guys have recorded your CD collections?
What program do you use? iTunes?
I would like a program that can find the CD info inline (like iTunes does), but I would also like to be able to tell the program how to label the tracks (Artist - CD Title - Track, for example ...

buy gruv glide to clean the records.
sony soundforge is great for click and pop removal.
save the files as .wav, then get a program like platinum notes to batch convert to mp3 320kbs.
i use a hhb recorder, run directly out of my mixer (no sound card in the loop, the less in the loop the better ...

hi,
when i load ableton the same session loads everytime. usually, the last session that i am working on will load, but not anymore? i have searched my computer for this rogue session and it doesnt even exist. any ideas whats going on here?

hi, i am trying to map the bpm (upper left, right next to the 'tap') and i am having difficulty. with my other midi controller i simply hit the map tab in live and then clicked on the bpm and then i could link any knob that i wanted. however with the akai it doesnt seem to work like that? i have ...
