I have an odd 11.1 problem on my M1 Macbook Air running on Monterey. Sometimes no plugins show up. Rescanning doesn't fix it. I have to close are reopen Live to see them again. It's kind of annoying.

I believe that is the version that runs native on M1 chips, and no longer uses Rosetta. If you aren't concerned with Live running nativly on M1 (for better performance) you can go to your Applications folder, right click on Ableton Live, and select Get Info.
