Need to have an "Export MIDI Files" command/feature added so to be able to export all MIDI tracks from the arrangement view into one standard MIDI file format. Thanks for the info. I see now by my "really reading" the manual, that I can do Tremolo FX with the Auto Pan FX. I just "assumed" Auto Pan was just for pan FX because of it's title. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I'll play around with that idea. For a performance flow, I still like the idea of being able to use the SEND knobs as true full WET/DRY mixer to the RETURN tracks. Quick and easy to get to when on the fly creativity is flowing during a live performance.

A "Tremolo" FX would be a good addition to Live's FX choices. It could be something like the "Auto Pan" FX that can be in sync with the project tempo.

Love the "Group Track" feature. Would be nice if we could also Group Audio tracks within Grouped Tracks.

It would be nice if we had an option to set the SENDS on the mixer to work like a WET/DRY mixer. For now, the best we can get is a 50/50 wet/dry mix when the SEND is full clockwise to send to a Return. Sometimes, I might want to send a track to a Reverb Return track and get an 80/20 wet/dry mix or ...

Good video showing Ableton Live being used for Depeche Mode drummer. I wonder if they are using Ableton Live to do a sub drum mix to send a stereo mix to the FOH. Anyone know?

I would like to have the same Session view mixer to be viewable in the Arrangement view. When switching to Arrangement view the following can happen:

1. The mixer in Session view remains when switching to arrangement view.
2. To the fare right of Session view are the Scene names. The Scene names ...

In arrangement view, I find my work flow much quicker and easier to use the "Utility" for mixing in a FX chain strip. When I have the track view collapsed, I have to expand the track to get to the mixer. I find I'm bouncing back and forth between expanding and collapsing tracks and then go down to ...

I would like to see the Akai APC40 made into a FireWire audio / midi interface. Add audio and midi inputs and outputs to it something like the Akai MPC 5000. Adding this will make the APC 40 a must have for Ableton Live for sure.

I would like to see the "Utility" FX volume to be able to go all the way down to negative infinity. To have no sound out when all the way down. I find I like to use the "Utility" FX for mixing more than the built in mixer stuff.

It's good to see Ableton adding the Group Tracks feature in Live 8. Does anybody know if we will be able to Group Tracks in the Arrangement view? It can get busy in the arrangement view.

I'm having a problem with the Original BPM in MIDI clips changing to 120. When working a session everything looks good even after doing a save. But when I close and reopen the project, all the MIDI clips BPM's change to 120. This throws off my loops.

This problem started after upgrading Live from 7 ...

Would be a good addition in the list of Ableton Effects, to have a Speaker Cabinet and Microphone Emulator. This would be great for all instruments to use.
