I'm not sure how old your version of Live is, but in Live 12 (and probably 11) under Theme & Colors in Settings, there's a setting called "Clip Color" and you need to set it to "Track Color". This will automatically set clips to the track color

i didn't found anything on this , is there any option to set the "Assign Track Color to Clips" to color each clip that added to a specific track, to the same track color by default? meaning i wouldn't have to right click on the track and then click the "Assign Track Color to Clips" in the menu ...

Put them in Vendor folders inside your Main vst folder... Rescan plugins and should work does on Windows

yeah that's the obvious way to do that, just got some different folders in different Drives over the year's (low capacity on the windows drive), if ill sort them by folders i'll get ...

is there any way to set the VST plugin tab to be sort by vendor (company)
cubase have this function wondered ,if live have it ?
maybe in the config file, any command?
