Re: Record in Stereo even if one chanel is silent (Overbrige&Rytm)
Is the signal coming from the Analog Rytm panned to the left within the Analog Rytm itself?
Well that's not so important. Let say its an stereo input (Live detects it as a stereo input) with a signal only the left side. Right silence.
But her's the answer to your question:
no, not really. The ...

Record in Stereo even if one chanel is silent (Overbrige&Rytm)
Can I force Live 12 to record in Stereo even if only one Chanel is used. I know about the Mono utility that Monitors the left Chanel on both L & R. I know about converting that left channel recording to a stereo one with left and right the same. But is there no better way.

Re: Play all tracks in one scene including those from scenes before that have no stop bouton
I would definitly have a try with the midi mapping solution.
Yes I understand that solution. But it is not about a particular scene and some other precise clips. Scenes and clips are changing.
It's more about workflow. It feels like I am missing somithing that sounds obvious. Selecting clips and ...

Re: Play all tracks in one scene including those from scenes before that have no stop bouton
So you mention stopping and then starting.
From what I recall, if you hit stop on the transport, and then hit play on the transport (not the scene), then the clips that were previously playing in Session View should play again. Even if you trigger the scene, I would have thought that it would ...

Re: Export directly from Session view
Freeze>Flatten or Bounce.
May want to use Crop.
May want to Ctrl+Z right after (or not overwrite when saving), if using destructive options like Freeze and Bounce in Place.
I did not use Freeze or Bounce untill now. Bounce to new track may be usefull for exporting one track, but I want to ...

Re: Play all tracks in one scene including those from scenes before that have no stop bouton
There is no way for Live to know what clips you ‘intended’ to play in place of the blank spots.
The last awaylable in the Track.
The same way it actually does while playing and passing to next/other scene. (if there is no stop bouton of course).
Oh I understand while writing this. I actually ...

Play all tracks in one scene including those from scenes before that have no stop bouton
Is there a possibility for Session View scenes to retain previous clip state when launched from stop (tracker-style behavior). Currently this works only while playback is already running. Example: if everything is stopped and I launch Scene B, tracks without clips in Scene B and without Stop Bouton ...

Export directly from Session view
I wonder if there is a way to export multiple clips directly from Session view? Without dragging clips or recording to the arrangement view. Like choosing a scene and exporting all active audio clips in it.

Re: Recording Electron Rytm MkII (and other external gear) in Synk [Live is synked to Rytm]
I made a little video :
Monitoring Off (makes no difference)
Recording simple snappy pulse and Metronom on 2 Audio tracks
Rytm launching Session recording after 1 bar (same problem in arrangement recording)
is this link public?

Recording Electron Rytm MkII (and other external gear) in Synk [Live is synked to Rytm]
Our issue:
Recording is always late.
To make it simple let's just talk about one external machine, the Elekron Rytm. When we record a simple test drum beat and metronome the recording is never in sync with the actual downbeat in live. it is always slightly behind.

Re: Play hardware and virtual instrument from one midi track
Yes
I have a complex hardware setup playing chords. 3 different Live Midi Tracks play chords (Polyend Poly 2 plays 3 analog voices in a Eurorack setup)
I want the same Live Midi Tracks to also play 3 Live Audio Tracks

Problems monitoring output on a Steiberg UR44
Hello,
I have problems understanding/configuring my Monitoring on my audio device.
I am a new Mac user of Ableton Live 10 that I try to configure for a Steinberg UR44. I had no problem connecting the device inputs. No problem recording 3 Tracks simultaniously in Live. What I don't get is the ...
