trial Live not authenticating

Hi. My trial version of AL won't authenticate despite being logged in and having a good internet connection. Anyone know anything about this?

Maybe dumb question re: Komplete Kontrol as plugin in Ableton Live

When using Komplete Kontrol as a plugin in Ableton Live, how do I use my Native Instruments A25 to control Komplete Kontrol instrument parameters?

Any guidance appreciated.

naming tracks and clips in arrangement view

I've noticed that some of my track names show up on all clips within the track.

And on other tracks, the name does not show up on individual clips.

Anyone know why that is? I'm noticing it mostly with audio tracks and mostly in arrangement view.

Got it, thanks!

I think you need to render the file to audio (as Warping is actually a real-time process), by using Freeze/Flatten, Consolidate or Resampling.

Re: make the waveform follow slice markers in simpler?

Thanks for your response.

Knowing this, is there a way to get perfectly time warped samples into simpler?

make the waveform follow slice markers in simpler?

Hi.

Is there a way to make the waveform follow/attach to the slice markers in Simpler? So that when you drag the marker the wave form goes with it?

Thanks!

Re: Launching clips simultaneously in session view

Yeah, that was my sense too. But when I do that, it highlights the whole track but not the clip. So the play button/triangle never gets activated. Know what I mean?

Upon further experimentation, however, I learned that if I command-click each clip I want and then hit enter...voila.

To the best of ...

Re: Launching clips simultaneously in session view

I’m probably not phrasing my question accurately. I read the manual constantly (which, btw, it’s an outstanding resource, and hats off to its creators!), but my question is not answered in 7.2. I understand scene launch and I understand tracks/one clip at a time, but I’m still guessing there’s a way ...

Re: Launching clips simultaneously in session view

But that doesn’t launch them simultaneously.

click the play buttons on the Clips. only one Clip in a Track can be played at one time.

Launching clips simultaneously in session view

Greetings-

Afraid my first question here might be a dumb one, but I’m new to Live, so please go easy on me.

In session view, how do you launch simultaneous clips at once? This must be incredibly obvious, but I can’t figure it out for the life of me.

Thanks!
